- Their dual entity structure is now in place, with the establishment of our Delaware Public Benefit Corporation, Subvert Inc.
- They have drafted the initial licensing agreement between the co-op and corporation
- Artists and labels have been contributing to their fundraising effort by purchasing Platform Fee Voucher
The next step is more fundraising. Bandcamp’s early funding was the equivalent of $5-6M… Now we need $365k to support a 6-month runway that will allow us to fairly compensate our team and take us through platform development and launch.”
