Meta apps have 3.29 billion daily users as the company’s Twitter competitor Threads passes 275M users monthly.

In August, Meta said Threads had 200 million MAUs. The new stats were shared in Meta’s quarterly earnings call.

“On Threads, the community now has almost 275 million monthly actives. It’s been growing more than a million signups per day,” said CEO Mark Zuckerberg. “Engagement is growing too, so we continue to be on track towards this becoming our next major social app.”

By comparison, Twitter/X had more than 600 million monthly users in May, but that number is declining.
