Now the Hootsuite team of 1000+ social media experts has analyzed thousands of posts on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn accounts with a total of 8 million followers to learn which days and times get more engagement than others.

Overall the best time to post is 9:00 AM PST (12:00 PM EST) on Mondays, but every network has its own sweet spot.

• The best time to post on Facebook is 10:00 AM PST on Mondays.
• The best time to post on Instagram is 9:00 AM PST on Mondays.
• The best time to post on Twitter is 9:00 AM PST on Fridays.
• The best time to post on LinkedIn is 1:00 PM PST on Mondays.
• The best time to post on TikTok is 1:00 PM PST on Sundays.

The data also revealed the best times to post daily on social networks.
