Soundcloud, Audiomack, 7 Digital streams finally added to select Billboard charts

Billboard and MRC Data has finally added plays on SoundCloud and several other music streaming services to select chart calculations.

• Global streams from Audiomack and SoundCloud will be added to the data that informs the Billboard Global 200 and Billboard Global eexcluding U.S. charts.
• U.S. and Global streams from 7 Digital will be added to the data that informs the Billboard Hot 100, Billboard 200, Artist 100 and Billboard Global 200 charts, as well as all other Billboard U.S. and global charts that include streaming data.

Data for these services were included in chart calculations starting this last Monday, July 19 reflecting data dating back to Friday, July 16th.

The services will begin impacting the Billboard charts effectively with data for the tracking week July 23 – July 29  for charts dated August 7th.
