Secretly Leaves Warner Music’s ADA, Signs With AMPED

image from upload.wikimedia.orgIndependent music label and distribution company Secretly has parted ways with Warner Music Group's indie arm ADA, and entered into a US distribution partnership with Florida-based AMPED.

AMPED, is part of Alliance Entertainment and it its client labels include AWAL/Kobalt, Believe, Empire, IDOL, Lindsey Stirling, Mad Decent, Merge, mTheory, SM Entertainment, Soulfood, TFE, Tuff Gong, We Are Hear and others.

AMPED will now handle physical distribution for over 50 active labels associated with Secretly.

Commenting on the deal, Shelly Westerhausen, Secretly’s Head of North American Physical Sales and Marketing said: “We are thrilled to partner with AMPED for US physical distribution in 2019. We’ve aligned with a partner that shares Secretly’s deep commitment to the physical marketplace as we continue to expand on so many great opportunities for our labels and artists.”

Artists currently signed to Secretly Distribution labels include Sharon Van Etten (pictured), Bon Iver, Sufjan Stevens, Angel Olsen, Tycho, Wild Nothing, Helado Negro, Mac Demarco and the Grammy-nominated Mitski.
