Sub Pop Relaunches Vinyl Singles Club
Legendary Seattle independent label, Sub Pop has announced that it is relaunching its Singles Club for the fourth time following a 10-year hiatus. The subscription-based service, which is scheduled to kick off in April of 2019, will be valued at $130 and will include 12 exclusive 7-inch singles from a variety of still unannounced artists.
The discs will be mailed in pairs every other month and will also be made available for streaming and download two weeks after each single ships.
The Sub Pop Singles Club previously ran from 1988-1993, 1998-2002 and 2008-2009, and has included music from Nirvana, Sonic Youth, Fugazi, the White Stripes, Bright Eyes, Jesus and Mary Chain, and Iron and Wine among countless others.
