Festicket , the music festival travel and experiences platform  has raised a $ 10.5 million D-Series financing round led by venture capital firm Beringea plus InMotion Ventures, Channel 4's Commercial Growth Fund, Lepe Partners, U-Start and former Spinnin 'Records CEO Eelko Van Kooten. 

Prior to this Series D round, Festicket has raised $ 13.7 million. Eyal Malinger, chief investment officer at Beringea, will join Festicket's board of directors, as well as Treatwell's chief operating officer, Ben Leaver.  

To date, the company has helped more than 2 million travelers from more than 120 countries travel to 1200 festivals.  Festicket has offices in London (headquarters), Amsterdam, Berlin, Porto and San Francisco.
