Youtube Music — at least on rollout day — is a pathetic joke compared to the features and usability of Google Play Music (on the desktop, the mobile app kinda sucked) — which is apparently going to be scuttled in the foreseeable future in order to (TRY) to drive users to YTM.
Not since the doltish stream team at Beats Music bought MOG and scuttled it to drive traffic to the utterly crap Beats stream service has something in the stream zone seemed to crushingly stupid.
