Patron Acquires Coachella, Bottlerocket App Developer Greencopper
Patron Technology, the company behind Ticketleap and Showclix, has acquired Greencopper, a web, and mobile app developer focused on the live entertainment segment.
Greencopper develops apps and social media tools, including interactive maps, mobile messaging platforms, and music discovery apps for festivals and live event producers. It's clients range from small festivals to some of the world’s largest live events including Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, Roskilde Festival, Reading and Leeds Festivals, Bottlerock, Pitchfork Music Festival and Stagecoach Festival.

The company is based in Montreal with a local presence in France, the United States, Denmark and the Netherlands and now provides digital solutions for more than 300 events in over 25 countries annually.
The financial details of the transaction were not disclosed. Greencopper will continue to operate and service its clients while it is integrated into the Patron Tech platform, the company said.
