Hundreds Of Las Vegas Concert Shooting Victims File Lawsuits Against Live Nation, MGM Resorts
Hundreds of victims of the October 1st Las Vegas country music concert shooting have filed lawsuits against concert promoters Live Nation and MGM Resorts, the location of the rampage which left 58 dead. The five separate suits were all filed in Los Angeles Superior Court.
The largest of these lawsuits named 450 plaintiffs who were either injured in or witnessed the shooting. More victims are expected to join this suit.
Four other lawsuits were brought by the families of concert goers who were killed or severely injured, according to Reuters.
