Shakeup At Warner Music: Cameron Strang Resigns Board As Jon Platt, Max Lousada and Noreena Hertz Join
They real and rumored shakeups at Warner Music Group continue with Cameron Strang, chairman and CEO of Warner Bros. Records resigning from the WMG board as three others join. The changes come just as new Warner Music Group CEO of Recorded Music, Max Lousada takes over all global recorded music operations.

Warner Music Group Corp. today announced the election of three new directors: Jon Platt, Max Lousada and Noreena Hertz. Lousada and Platt are respectively the heads of WMG’s Recorded Music and Music Publishing divisions. International economist Noreena Hertz rejoins the Board, on which she served from 2014 to 2016.
As a result of the changes, the WMG Board of Directors increases from 11 to 13 members.
