Warner/Chappell Music announced a worldwide publishing agreement with hot UK grime songwriter, DJ, and producer Swifta Beater.

• Independent distributor INgrooves has appointed Ollie Buckwell as Senior Vice President Business Development.
• Proper Music Group, the UK’s largest independent distributor, has singed a deal with independent digital distribution company IDOL to manage its growing digital activity. The partnership will enable Proper to enhance its current digital distribution adding analytics and other services.
• Bryan Mead has been named Senior Vice President, Artist and Label Relations at Pledge Music. Most recently he served as INgrooves Music Group’s SVP, Label Services and Marketing.
• Deezer has hired Pascal De Mul as Chief Partnership Officer. He was formerly Spotify’s Global Head of Hardware Partnerships. Daud Aditirto was also hired VP of Asia Pacific. He was formerly Facebook’s Head of Growth Partnership and Internet.org.
