Spotify newAdding proof that they are about to finally launch their long promised video service, Spotify has pushed out an app update that adds concert listings, more "Moods & Genres" and Genius curated "Behind The Lyrics" playlists, along with at least one "surprise" feature.

Buried, at least for now, under the Browse tab, an overnight app upgrade from Spotify adds a "Shows" option which sources tell us will host Spotfy's new video option when it launches later this week.  As of Wednesday morning, however, clicking on the link in the iOS app triggers as "Couldn't Open Link" on this device message.
