Merchbar Hot Music Merchandise Chart – August 2015
Tons of surprises and movement on the Merchbar Hot Merch chart this month including several new artists with their debut on the chart. Its a hot Pop summer with three of the top four places going to Pop artists. In what some would consider an upset Ariana Grande merch outperformed the boy-band juggernauts of One Direction merchandise and 5 Seconds of Summer Merch.

For the first time since we’ve been compiling the Merchbar Hot Merch chart the Foo Fighters don’t make our top ten, but this is more likely due to the massive rise of other tour acts than anything the Foos did as their numbers and selection remained very strong.
Other notable inclusions on this month’s Hot Merch Chart include a hot new Led Zeppelin Box Set that moved massive volume and Florida Georgia Line merchandise.
Two other brands are worth noting this month as well, while they didn’t make the top 10. Odd Future Merchandise continued to hit a note with fans around the world and several new items of Bob Marley merchandise and 5 Seconds of Summer Jerseys arrived late in the month but almost made the cut even with just a week of sales.
