Lady Gaga Sends Cease And Desist To Breast Milk Ice Cream Maker
Lady Gaga has reportedly filed a cease and desist order with U.K.-based company The Licktators, manufacturers of breast milk ice cream over the name of one of their products, Royal Baby Gaga.

According to The Mirror, Lady Gaga is seeking to have U.K.-based company The Licktators remove her name from their products within 14 days, or face legal sanction, believing that consumers may mistake the use of her name to suggest that the ice cream is an official Lady Gaga product.
Licktators’ “General Custard” Nadine O’Connor told The Telegraph that their limited-edition, breast-milk ice cream “neither names nor features Lady Gaga, nor are her trademarks infringed."
She added: “We will not be bullied into removing content from social media relating to our product and subsequent media coverage.
"However, we will send complimentary tubs of our ice cream to Lady Gaga for chilling out to, as a gesture of peace and goodwill.”
