ole Acquires Jingle Punks
Independent music publishing and rights management company ole has acquired music marketing agency Jingle Punks in a transaction that the companies say creates one of the world’s largest production music libraries.
Jingle Punks will continue to operate in Los Angeles and New York under the leadership of founders Jared Gutstadt and Dan Demole. The Jingle Punks operation in Nashville will be folded into ole’s.
Today's deal folds ole’s production music catalog into Jingle Punks and doubles Jingle Punks’ repertoire. In addition to funding that could lead to further acquisitions, Jingle Punks clients can now access to ole’s global Rights Management platform.
Jingle Punks also has creative studios in New York, Los Angeles, Nashville, London, and Toronto, and a client roster of 1,000 television shows including NBC’s “The Voice,” and the worldwide smash “Pawn Stars.”
