2015 Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame Inductees Announced
The 2015 list of inductees into The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame were has officially announced overnight. Lou Reed, Green Day, Stevie Ray Vaughan and Double Trouble, Joan Jett and the Blackhearts, Bill Withers (right) and the Paul Butterfield Blues Band will join this exclusive club. With 1989 as this year's cut off date, Green Day are being inducted in their first year of eligibilty.
It was also announced that Ringo Starr will be given the Award For Musical Excellence and '50's R&B vocal group The "5" Royales will receive an Early Influence Award.
The official induction ceremony will be held at Cleveland's Public Hall on April 18th, 2015. Tickets for the general public go on sale this Thursday.
