Find Music Collaborators With Chinese Whispers
Chinese Whispers Music is a recently launched platform designed to encourage collaboration between musicians around the world. They're currently inviting musicians to sign up for 6 months of premium access for free so it's easy to check out and see if it's a "whisperer" you're seeking.
Chinese Whispers Music takes its name from the game Chinese whispers in which a message is passed from person to person slowly changing as it moves around a circle.

Each round of collaboration begins with an uploaded track. Connection is made to two other collaborators or whisperers in a remixing process that results in three tracks that are then completed by the first whisperer.
It sounds a bit complicated though it is likely that a process needs to be defined beyond simply introducing potential collaborators.
Founder Tim Hodgkinson related in a company announcement:
"I was sitting in my studio working on a piece of music. I didn't know where to take it, so I came up with the concept of sharing the creative process with others from around the world. The frustration for me was that I have so many little ideas on hard drives, on my phone, in my head. I just wanted to give them the chance they deserve rather than sitting there not doing anything. Curiosity and not wasting those little ideas has driven me for the past 10 years to create this system."
Chinese Whispers Music was chosen to participate in the Slingshot accelerator in Newcastle, Australia.
