Facebook Launches Video On Instagram with ‘Cinema’ [WATCH]

Facebook launched Instagram video today on bot the iOS and Android platofrms.  In an effort to best Twitter's Vine short video app, Instagram videos are 15 seconds and do not loop. In addition to 13 custom video fliters, Instagram also launched Cinema, an automated video stabalization tool that improves rough hand shot footage.

“We’ve worked with the leading video scientists to creat something great," said Instrgram founder Kevin Systrom. Here's a demo of Cinema in action:

Video on Instagram is being delivered as an upgrade to the regular Intsgram app.
