Google Launches Free YouTube Creator Academy Courses To Maximize Your Channel

YouTube has launched Creator Academy offering free online courses to help serious users – which should probably include every musician trying to grow their audience – create better videos and improve channel performance. Their first offering is Maximize Your Channel. The two week course starts on June 3 and in a few hours over two weeks will teach how to:

1. Build subscribers: "Find out how to draw new viewers to your channel and get them to subscribe."
2. Make a channel a daily destination for viewers: "Curate and organize content so viewers will find what they’re looking for and keep coming back for more."
3. Optimize the channel across
   every type of screen: TVs, laptops, tablets, mobile, gaming consoles.
