Rdio Adds 7 More Countries

Rdio continues it global expansion with the addition of 7 new countries.  Announced yesterday at SXSW 2913, Rdio has added service in Mexico, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, and Austria. Included in the launch is Rdio's six months of free streaming along with paid options.

The 7 new countries bring the total Rdio territtories to 30. The company also added free listening  Brazil, its third largest market.

Rdio is also eyeing future expansion in Europe along with some Asian territories.
