Rdio Lands On Nook, Tightens EchoNest Integration

As the music streaming wars heat up, each provider is looking for even the smallest advantage. Today Rdio announced two, adding an app for Barnes & Noble's popular e-reader The Nook, as well as , tighter integrations with The Echo Nest.

Artist radio stations on Rdio are now powered by The
Echo Nest. On an Rdio artist’s page, users click Play Station at the top to listen.  And more integration with The Echo Nest music intelligence platform is in the works. "This is just one of many more features coming from The Echo
Nest and Rdio," the company said in an email.
