Google Play Music With Scan & Play Cloud Locker To Launch In Europe 11/13
Google is bringing Google Play for music to Europe on November 13th, according to an official statement from the company. Users in the U.K, France, Germany, Italy and Spain will be able to both purchase music from the Google Play store and add up to 20,000 songs from an existing music collection to a free cloud locker for streaming to Android devices or web browsers.
Google is also launching a new matching feature to streamline the process of uploading personal music to Google Play. The feature will scan a music collection and any song they match against the Google Play catalog will be automatically added to the users online library without the need to upload it.
