Spotify Upgrades, Fixes Apple iOS Apps

This morning Spotify launched a number of updates, improvements and fixes for its Apple iOS 5 apps for the iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad. Long overdue is an interactive guide that guides users through Spotify's features and another offers insights into who is listening to your playlist.  Details:

New:

• Music notifications – "Find out who’s listening to your music, when subscribed playlists get updated, and lots more. Control your notifications in Settings."
• Interactive Guide. Helpful stuff for new users.

Fixed:

• Addition of the missing retina graphics on the iPad login screen.
• "Retina album art will stay in sync when you offline sync your playlists."
• "No more unresponsive tantrums when you scroll and navigate at the same time."

Improved:

• Facebook login, screen locking when offline syncing, performance and stability.
