indoorDIRECT’s theBITE Wants Indie Music Videos
indoorDIRECT's restaurant video platform includes a show with music videos, theBITE, making indoorDIRECT a limited distributor of music videos. Indies are welcome to propose their content for distribution. theBITE is a video magazine product for indoorDIRECT's network of restaurant video displays.
Recent agreements have focused on theBITE as an outlet for music videos with over 1000 locations and 13 million monthly viewers. In an email, indoorDIRECT's VP of Strategic Alliances, Jonna Birgans, stated:
"From time to time, labels and independent acts, express an interest in having their videos aired on the network to increase exposure for a specific artist. These are typically lesser known artists or artists that need additional exposure that isn't being provided by national outlets such as MTV or VH1. indoorDIRECT works with them directly to determine the best strategy and cost effective approach to reach the viewers of theBITE."
"The best way for an indie to submit content to theBITE is to email content(at)indoordirect(dot)com with a link to their content and a way for them to contact them. We will then reach out to them and determine the best way to work together."
indoorDIRECT has plans for 700 more locations. A mobile ecommerce component includes onscreen codes for digital downloads of music one can order via mobile device.
