• BMG Rights Management is the winning bidder for Bug Music. The deal is expected to close in October.
• In it's first major acquisition since Scott "Bullethead" Ambrose Reilly arrived from Amazon to head ITS U.S. operation, X5 has grabbed the digital rights to the legendary Sun Records catalog and will be applying their digital re-release magic starting next month.
