Spotify's U.S. launch continues to grab headlines, so here is a roundup of media reaction plus a contrarian view from the Electronic Frontier Foundation.

• Pandora stock was hit on multiple fronts yesterday dropping 5%. Despite obvious differences, the Spotify launch spooked some and analysts Capstone gave a “sell” rating with a $12 target questioning whether revenue and user growth will turn into profits. It recovered some and was trading around $17.53  this morning.
