  1. I enjoy the Palmer interviews, too. But the fact that she has become the poster woman for social media indicates that so far she’s one of the best stories and there aren’t a lot of others to choose from.
    That tends to confirm that what she does is unique to her and may not translate for other musicians/bands.

  2. I just watched the whole video. The most important comments, I think, came at the end. She said that production values don’t really matter. It’s connecting with your fans. You don’t need to spend a ton in the studio or on videos, or use lots of bells and whistles in your music. If people emotionally connect, they will send those links to their friends.
