• Sony invested in digital distributor IODA
• The Hype Machine blog outed artists for chart manipulation
• Music analytics firm Band Metrics expanded its private beta
• ReverbNation Survey: How is the Economic Downturn Affecting Artists?
• Join Hypebot's online networking party
• Can what's cool and uncool be rated?
