Since the Pirate Bay decision, Matt Mason's year old book The Pirate's Dilemma: How Youth Culture Is Reinventing Capitalism has been getting a much deserved second look. "Neither side is right and no one wins," says Mason, and to compete business often needs to rethink exactly what it is that their selling.  For example, are they selling bottled water or the Alps?
