- Warner Music Group is restructuring the company putting further focus on their digital strategy and distribution
- David Massey exits after 18 years at SONY to become President of Mecury as well as SONY executives David Gray and Evan L who join Massey at Mercury
- Rob Cavallo exited Warner to join Level 7
- Ruby Marchand joined Ryko from Cordless
