KOCH May Be Bought By Trucking Company
Your read the headline correctly. Reports are that Koch Entertainment is for sale with trucking company Clarke which already holds 10% of parent company Entertainment One making an offer of $120 million. Clarke is
apparently known for investing in under-performing businesses and making them profitable by cutting expenses (aka people). They have already spent
more than $2 million on due diligence in this deal.

This seems a good move by Clarke to buy the Koch as they were doing with it. We to are in a tieup with a company and are going to overtake it. We have been using Masslogics for automating the process.
