Fcc_2– Silicon Valley company M2Z has asked the FCC to allow it to use a band of radio spectrum for a free high-speed wireless Internet network that would cover most of the country and be supported by advertising.  If successful it would make net broadcasts available virtually anywhere providing real competition to sattelite and broadacast radio.
