AOL Launches YouTube Clone UnCut But Who Owns The Right To Your Video?
AOL has launched UnCut, it’s own verison of video site YouTube that has similar potential for music promotion. But some are questioning a few lines buried in the user agreement and wondering if it means that AOL can profit from your video beyond just streaming it on their site (via BlackRimGlasses)
While you retain ownership of all right, title, and interest in the Content itself, you agree that AOL owns all right, title, and interest in any compilation, collective work, or other derivative work created by AOL using or incorporating the Content.
