DirecTV Debuts CD USA Channel And Taps Unsigned Acts Via MySpace
According to Digital Music News "Satellite television provider DirecTV will soon debut a music channel that will focus heavily on live performances. The channel, called CD USA, will also offer exclusive artist interviews, gossip, and behind-the-scenes reports…. (Along with viideos from the labels the channel will include)content from the massive MySpace directory of unsigned and emerging artists…The show, which will be based on the British CD UK, will be produced by Blaze Television. I am trying to find a webiste that lists the bands that are played on the CD USA channel on direct TV. Just watched a concert series on a Jetblue flight and they never mentioned the band’s name – dying to get their CD.
