Universal Music Forms Infomercial Division
From The HollywoodReporter.com: "Universal Music Group has founded a new TV venture, Universal Music Media, which will produce and distribute full-lenth music and video infomercial programming worldwide. UMM’s first production will be "Soul 70’s Collection," a 30-minute program hosted by vocalist Isaac Hayes. The show, which begins airing immediately, will promote a like-titled nine-CD set and will feature hits of the era by such acts as Marvin Gaye, Stevie Wonder, the Jackson 5, Barry White, Al Green, the Commodores, Gladys Knight and Earth, Wind & Fire."
