Touring 101 was written by longtime booking agent Bruce Houghton, who is also Berklee professor, the Editor of Hypebot and a Senior Advisor to Bandsintown.
This short four-lesson Berklee Coursera course draws on key lessons and strategies from Houghton’s popular Berklee Online Touring 101 degree and certificate course.
“Live gigs are where most artists earn 80-90% of their income, particularly in the streaming era,” says Houghton. “So it’s essential that they and the managers and agents that work with them learn how to do it well.”
