Music Tectonics names 5 music tech startup finalists
Music Tectonics has named the five music tech startup finalists in its 2023 Swimming With Narwhals Pitch Competition.
All five finalists will pitch live during the October 24 -26 Music Tectonics conference before attendees and a panel of three judges from the world of startup funding: Juliette Rolnick of Bertelsmann Digital Media Investments, Tracy Maddux, of Downtown Music Holdings, and Aadit Parikh of Sony Ventures.
Musictectonics Swimming With Narwhals Pitch Competition 2023 Finalists
- Aux – a generative AI model that takes a text prompt (eg. “808 kick”) and generates infinite audio samples
- Get Moments – a platform that lets live event organizers collect and monetize UGC video from concerts, festivals, and sports matches.
- MAYK – voice tech with a focus on UGC song creation tools.
- Offstage – a superfan platform that makes fan data accessible and actionable.
- RealCount – an analytics platform for live music’s key performance metric: tickets sold.

- Creativemind – Korea’s first-ever AI music composer, with human-like songwriting abilities.
- Dequency – web3-enabled music rights portal, connecting rights holders and visual creators.
- Everwave – a collaborative music production DAO.

- VisualLabs – a Generative AI video creation tool.
