Twitter has just announced that all users can create and Tweet live video from the Twitter app "powered by Periscope". The specifics of the move calls into question the future of Twitter's Periscope app.

Much like Facebook and Instagram, Twitter has added the ability to broadcast live video.
To start a Twitter broadcast, tap the button to compose a new tweet and then tap “live.” Users can frame a shot and start shooting video. During the broadcast, viewers who see your broadcast on their timelines can tap in, comment, and send hearts.
To kick off this new ability to #GoLive, artists Vic Mensa and KNA produced a song, "Live Like This (Go Live)" to "inspire others to use the power Twitter and Periscope has provided users worldwide to share what's happening in our always changing world." The song, featured in this video that was used to announce this new integration, was just debuted on Twitter.
