Warner Bros. "Wonder Woman" led the weekend movie box office tally, earning an estimated $100.5M in domestic markets and $223.0M worldwide, according to figures compiled by comScore. "Wonder Woman' beat all expectations and helped to revive the heretofore dreary D.C. box office brand.

Starring Gal Gadot as Diana Prince/Wonder Woman, and directed by Patty Jenkin, the film broke the record for the biggest debut ever for a female director.

Disney's "Pirates Of The Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales" took the #2 spot, adding $95.4m worldwide to its cume, and passing the $500 million mark worldwide. Universal's "Fate of the Furious" also continued to chug along, and is within striking range of raise its international cumulative revenue total to $1.004 Billion.
