Record Store Day launches ‘Behind The Counter’ [VIDEO]

The fine folks at Record Store Day have launched Behind The Counter, a 12 part video series that tells the stories behind the world of independent record stores in the US.

Episode 1 profiles Down In The Valley, an indie store in Minneapolis, MN.

“Over the last 10 years with Record Store Day and records becoming more popular and more mainstream, you see a lot of younger people, more women shopping for records and it’s really cool!,” says Down In The Valley’s Steven Williams.
