Music Videos On Your iPod?

According to a report in today’s Wall Street Journal, Apple Computer has been talking to major record labels trying to license the sale of music videos through iTune. According to the Journal this further points  towards Apple releasing a device that plays video files as early as September. Analysts see the development as likely because of Apple’s strength in video software including the Quicktime movie format and video-editing software.

An Apple spokeswoman declined to comment.  The Journal also noted that thus far,commercial movie download services have not met with much success.
