More On The Korn EMI Merger
The is an interesting analysis in HitsDailyDouble.com on the Korn/EMI "merger". It may be a great template for future deals that serve to save an ailing recording industry or it may be another nail in the coffin of artists’ independence and creativity.

It’s interesting that in a time when digital innovations make creating, distributing, and promoting music less expensive and more direct that an artist who one would believe has all of the money they could ever need chooses this path. A cynic would say it’s all about money and since it’s LA, The Firm and EMI, they’d probably be right.
