QTrax Promises Free & Legal Downloads
We’ve been talking about the potential for licensed P2P forever, and Qtrax just might deliver on 
the promise. Dubbed P2P2A – You Play The Music We Pay The Artists, this new ad supported will allow users to trade licensed content while providing filters to prevent the unlawful distribution. ASCAP, BMI, The Association Of Independent Music and V2 Records are all already on board.
Qtrax appears to use its own DRM scheme and the site promises :
