iTunes Accepting Donations For Philippine Typhoon Relief

Apple is now accepting donations via iTunes to help Red Cross efforts after typhoon Haiyan battered the Philippines leaving millions homeless and an estimated 10,000 dead.  100% of all donations are sent to Red Cross Philippine Typhoon relief efforts.

Apple has activated a similar iTunes donation system for previous major global disasters.
