What’s the source for this chart? From what data?
Hi, Bruce–this data was stolen from us, redrawn and uncredited. Not by you, obviously, but we and your readers would probably appreciate knowing the source and the original context for this data. The data was taken from the Edison Research/Triton Digital Infinite Dial study of 2014. Here is a link to the original graph: http://www.edisonresearch.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/06/Podcast-Consumption_Page_54.png
Thank-you for the heads up. The graphic has been replaced.
What about 4-12 age group? Where can I find that data?
What territory does this cover?
Does Rhapsody and Shazam not play into this at all?
is there a written study that goes with this graph? there’s a big difference between music discovery and music consumption, and youtube and pandora are both pretty poor for discovery even though they have a lot of consumers.
