Watch Jimmy Iovine Insult Half Of All Apple Music Customers [VIDEO]

iovineApple Music executive Jimmy Iovine is now apologizing after he said that he "always knew that women find it very difficult at times – some women – to find music. And this helps makes it easier with playlists, curated by real people.” during a CBS This Morning interview.

Answering a question from CBS co-host Gayle King, Iovine, who was appearing with Rhianna on the morning show, added that he had created Beats (now Apple Music" to help women find music: 

“I just thought of a problem: Girls are sitting around talking about boys. Or complaining about boys, when they have their heart broken or whatever. And they need music for that, right? It’s hard to find the right music. Not everybody knows a DJ.” 

Iovine Apologizes

“We created Apple Music to make finding the right music easier for everyone – men and women, young and old,” Iovine said in a statement. “Our new ad focuses on women, which is why I answered the way I did, but of course the same applies equally for men. I could have chosen my words better, and I apologize.”

Watch Hypebot insult all the women on the planet by suggesting that, unlike men, they are brainless children who can’t make a difference between “SOME women can’t find music” and “ALL women can’t find music”, and because they can’t see the difference between the two words, the thinking has to be done for them, preferably by males, white and american.
    And since Norah O’Donnel herself said to Iovine she finds it hard to find music, what does that make her ? A lier ?
    Stop treating women like small children.
