Spotify Launches Indie Label Spotlights On Facebook

Spotify has launched a new series that spotlights independent record labels with a short Warp Records video history lesson from artist and record producer Nightmares On Wax posted on Facebook.  “Lots more label stories to come,” shared Lucy Blair from Spotify's label services team. WATCH:

The post also linked to the label's Warp Selections – A Weekly Mixtape playlist on the streamer.  Independent labels and curators have long complained that Spotify only features its own official playlists on the streamer and its social channels.
