The International Anti-Piracy Caucus, a group of congressmen aligned Thee Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) and Motion Picture Association of America (MPAA) named, alpabetical order, six evil doers "overwhelmingly used for the global exchange of illegal movies, music and other copyrighted works."

Having served on the Hatch commission, I find it amusing that the RIAA itself is not at the very top of this list. It was after all their arrogance and the fact that they claimed to have everything under control that created this mess. The technology and legislative power was present way back then to close Pandora’s box. They claimed they would take care of it. The rest is history.
